The Teacher Refresher Course is designed for non-native English teachers who wish to recharge their methodological batteries while improving their English language skills. Trainee teachers will explore new methodologies and different approaches to teaching the English language. This course consists of seminars and lectures, workshops and brainstorming study sessions as well as communicative and practical-solutions sessions. It is perfect for teachers who would like to take home lots of practical ideas, solutions to classroom management issues and hands-on activities and implement them in their own teaching back home. Typical sample sessions include: Lesson planning, frameworks & schemes Irish culture sessions Practical Tasks & Activities for language practice Authentic material & ARC Exploiting materials & technology in the ESL/EFL classroom Course specific data General course schedule 5 daily lessons of 60 minutes will take place within the following possible time slots. The exact schedule will be assigned on the first day of class according to your level: Morning: 9:00 - 12:15 Afternoon: 13:00 - 17:00
