Intellect Education Web Platform was developed by Intellect Education Solutions Company with the goal of creating an educational platform accessible for tutors, schools from one side to  students around the world from another side.  The idea of creating such an educational platform did not come about by chance - a group of teachers with extensive experience in teaching developed an online school structure that would best meet the needs of both teachers and students. Therefore, the Intellect School Online educational platform contains a set of convenient services for organising the workplace of both the teacher and the student. The web platform automatically loads in English, but you can select the language of your choice in the upper right part of the main page.

The Intellect Education Solutions - is a convenient platform to promote your educational services and grow your educational business for language schools, training centers, boarding schools, colleges and universities.  The platform combines a lot of convenient services. Which ones?  Let's try to answer this question in order.  Let's start with the business card of an educational institution in the “Courses” section.

 The business card will appear in the “Courses” section after registering an educational institution on the site and creating a business card with the name of the course, the cost of the course, its brief description and a detailed description of the training course, which you can familiarize yourself with by clicking on the link with the name of the course on the business card. You can also place a promotional video about the school in the business card of the training course. Placing information about the school and courses will allow a large number of your potential students from different parts of the world to get acquainted not only with the courses you offer, but also to enroll in a training course. If the training program is implemented in a school, college or training center, the student can fill out a convenient form, choose the type of training course, dates of the course, fill in the fields with personal data and send an application for training, which will immediately arrive at the e-mail address of the school or college.  If the training program provided by school online, then the registered on the site educational institution can use a convenient service - scheduling of online courses - this schedule the student will see in the profile of the course - and using the calendar - immediately select the start date of online classes and pay for the course. Also, in the course profile there is a service - online trial lesson. The student can choose the date of the trial lesson and pay for only one lesson and if he/she likes it, he/she can pay for the whole training program in the future. The number of business cards for placement on the “Courses” page for one organization is limited to 3 courses - it is free. When placing from 4 to 10 courses - the cost of placement is 15 USD for each training course per month, over 10-20 USD for each training course. Placement of advertising information about the organization on the main page of the platform is a subject of discussion with the marketing department.

Another useful from the point of view of increasing the attractiveness of the training course and the school as a whole is the possibility of placing certificates of various types, confirming the status of the educational organization and the types of certificates issued upon completion of the course. For this purpose, the menu section “Certificates” is used, in which there are only two fields, the first for the name of the certificate and the second for attaching a file. There is no limit to the number of certificates that can be attached.

In the menu section “Students List” there will be a list of students who have chosen a particular course, with the name of the course the student has chosen and its current status. 

The “Payment Details” section will contain detailed information about each student's course payments with full payment history.  The “Calendar” section is intended for posting the schedule of classes for each course of each student - it is a kind of electronic journal.  In the “Available Time” section the school administrator places the schedule of classes - this is the schedule of online courses only, which will be automatically placed on the presentation card of the courses - and it should be emphasized that this schedule will be automatically adjusted to the time zone in which the student is located.

Another advantage of our platform is the ability to create your school's own digital library. In the library you can place files in various formats - e-textbooks, tests, control works, including educational videos.  School administrator manages access to certain educational materials of the library.

The “Meetings” section is intended for planning online classes. It contains a lot of useful features, including automated sending of reminders to students' e-mail addresses about the date and time of the lesson, as well as a link to connect to the online lesson. This section also keeps a history of lessons taught.

The Rating/Reviews section is designed to manage student feedback and their assessment of the quality of the service. Before the review is posted on the course card it is moderated by the school administrator and only after the administrator's approval the review and rating will be posted.

The “Requests” section is designed to receive messages and communicate with students in the form of chat and to process requests for training.

The “Students homework” section contains completed homework assignments - this section allows you not only to check students' work, but also to assign grades, which will automatically appear in the electronic journal.

The “Students tests” section - contains the results of students' tests, there is also an opportunity to grade papers.
